Poster for Consumers/Patients

This intervention aims to keep patients well-informed and engaged in the care process.

• Display posters in patient waiting rooms and clinical areas. Posters are ready to use or adaptable to local needs.
• Poster 1: Informs patients attending the emergency department about best practice in the PIVC study and the use of their data. This poster has been translated into five languages, representing the most commonly used languages at Monash Health.
• Poster 2: Caring for your cannula, developed by Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care (ACSQHC).
